1. What is Hope With Every Step?
Hope With Every Step is an Old Mutual enabled initiative using running to add to existing hunger and malnutrition relief efforts by raising a minimum of R6 million to feed 10 000 children for at least 1 full year. That’s R50 per child per month.
2. What does this campaign entail?
Coach P (Peteni Kuzwayo) and BougaLuv (Kabelo Mabalane) will be running from JHB to Durban to the raise funds.
As they cover 45 000 steps per day (35kms) for 14 days and about 118 000 steps (90kms) on the final day, corporate SA, businesses and members of the public are being asked to play a part and donate.
3. Who are the beneficiaries?
Joint Aid Management (JAM), a humanitarian relief and development organisation operating sustainable aid programs for the most Vulnerable across Africa is the nominated beneficiary. With 30 years experience, JAM is currently feeding 120 000 pre-school children a day whilst the actual need is in the millions
4. Can I get a Section 18A tax certificate for my donation?
